I would say asia mogs. Asian history is almost unbelievable in how incredible it is, asia is culturally far more diverse than europeans realize, ancient asian cultures achieved incredible feats of infrastructure and development and asian governments were arguable far more efficient and stable then their european counterparts.

Where else on earth do you see a culture that has legitimately kept its identity and fully modernized? Europeans have modernized but they no longer have the same identity they had back in antiquity. Just look at a map of medieval europe and you will see a whole bunch of nations that no longer exist. China still identifies as china despite existing before the roman empire. THe same is true for places like korea and japan.

Modern european culture has become decadent, shallow and inauthentic. Despite inventing modernity it has become stagnant. I think asia will lead the transhumanist/ ai revolution the same way europe led the industrial revolution. Traditions like taoism, buddhism and confucianism lay down an excellent framework on the integration of man and technology.
China almost had the first industrial revolution 500 years before Europe

Europe has only gotten ahead since the 1700s

That's true, modern Europe has been cucked so badly by USA and Russia its barely recognizable.

They literally just copy everything americans do lol yet still have some kind of weird superiority complex
America also has many of the same problems of europe. It has no ideological framework to integrate people into modern society. The core values of christianity are slowly being eroded by modern scientific understanding, individualism is no longer economical, american culture is decadent and shallow and society no longer strives for greatness. I dont know what will happen in the future but western culture as we know it today is going to die and probably within a century or two.

Many reasons but here's the gist of it:

Regions on out latitude level are generally more historically developed, think about historical impactful empires in india, europe, china etc. - why? seasons and temperate climate, there are almost no important empires from colder places like siberia or alaska, and also not from hotter places like africa or south america --> nations develop best with temperate climate and proper seasons (like we have in europe)

why didnt ancient american empires develop technologically more developed empires then that could fend off european colonists? the actual reason is that they lacked the OP domestic animals we have in Eurasia - no cattle, no sheeps and no horses - the biggest reason why they didnt develop as quickly as europeans

europe has only recently been getting peaceful - for large parts of its history (think the antique till modern times) europe has been in constant warfare - that means better equipment and tactics to subjugate other cultures

we were also the first who developed transoceanic travel - or better the first that properly used it, will asian nations like china stayed isolationist

as you probably know, from the early modern period till after WW2 europeans started colonizing, we only got our real OP dominance roughly around the industrial revolution however, were we were really far ahead of any other region in the world technologically - hence we could dominate even china and india and split africa with a pencil
