Why does everyone look uncanny after surgery?

I feel like most people on tik tok look off. It may also be because you see the person pre surgery and now the person looks different… may have an effect. But I would say most still look a bit uncanny. I don’t think people are ment to get these giant implants . If you are low dimo then you will look uncanny either way. You definitely have to know what you are doing.
