It’s well known that gymmaxers can stunt growth? But what’s the main reason for this?
Is it because of their autists diets/caloric deficits? Do their hormones/ nutrients/ body’s resources go to muscle repair instead of bone growth? Is it to something to do with bone density? Aromatisation from extra test? Shitty form? Damage to growth plates?
Or is it correlation not causation where manlets are more likely to gynmax to compensate for height and that’s why they seem shorter in average or possibly because short people can make faster gains in the gym resulting in the impression that the gym makes you short?
And how can we avoid stunting growth while being able to still use the gym?
