It’s well known that gymmaxers can stunt growth? But what’s the main reason for this?

Is it because of their autists diets/caloric deficits? Do their hormones/ nutrients/ body’s resources go to muscle repair instead of bone growth? Is it to something to do with bone density? Aromatisation from extra test? Shitty form? Damage to growth plates?

Or is it correlation not causation where manlets are more likely to gynmax to compensate for height and that’s why they seem shorter in average or possibly because short people can make faster gains in the gym resulting in the impression that the gym makes you short?

And how can we avoid stunting growth while being able to still use the gym?

idk, we don't know exactly. many people gymmaxx and end up short but studies show it doesn't stunt growth for some reason. it can't be the nutrients going to muscle building because growth is number one priority, can't be proteins because different types of proteins used for building muscle and growth etc, in simpler ways, nobody knows.

Maybe shitty form and autistic diet / calori deficits, but the others 100% NOT

Jewish tales, hardgymmaxxing stuns growth but doing light exercises won't

it usually does because of diverted resources

Gym wont stunt your growth, unless ur barely resting and doing extremely heavy lifts

Keep it optimal, get ALL your nutrients in your macros, not just protien

Dont workout more than like 4 times a week ig

I mean 4x a week can stunt growth

If ur projected height is low, best to stay safe and lift 2-3x a week
