rarely happens and when it does it’s usually when someone’s going thru puberty where the hair would’ve changed regardless if they got a buzzcut or not

Probably because the hair was damaged before cutting it

I dunno. I had wavy hair and didn't shampoo for a year and when I finally did it became more curly.
