Why does HGH increase hand/feet size after puberty?

I’ve seen reports of people growing their hands and feet after puberty whilst their plates are closed. Why is this?

That's because its called 'growth' hormone! It grows every form of tissue, not just bones.

i don't think your hands and feet stop growing if you fuck with your hormones/ use them a lot
