If you are 90kg 10% body fat you have about the same amount of fat as someone @ 70kg 13%
Surely since your face doesn't gain muscle the face would look pretty identical at these two numbers (9kg of fat in body although obviously the person who is 90kg will look leaner across the body where the extra muscle is) so why is body fat % used to measure if someone is leanmaxed?
A person who is quite skinny but has no muscle will have quite high body fat % but would surely still have quite a lean face
