why does my bone structure look so decent in videos taken of me

my bones look visibly above average especially from the side

i don’t see allat in the mirror

i was at the gym today, i was on the threadmill for like 45minutes i sweated really much, but it was worth it, when i looked in a reflection from the side, it looked like i had absolute mogger bones, was happy for about 30 seconds, then i looked at my front profile and how asymetric it was and i wanted to kill myself, anyways rn im eating something even tho i shouldnt and i will later go to sleep
