I'll randomly feel my heart beating like weirdly idk how to explain and it's almost like I can hear it i don't think anyone else can hear it but like I can hear or feel it idk I just happened to me idk also sometimes my chest hurts really badly for no reason ????

Well I have bad adhd which I think makes stimulants work backwards and I rarley drink coffee I do alot of stimulants tho

Could be from stimulant use or just stressing your body in general
