why does my jaw/neck do this

for example, jordan’s jaw is visible and that neck slope stops around half way. it doesn’t fully reach his chin. however , in my case it’s way higher and is nearly connected to my chin, of course i’m not jordan but my jawline is still pretty visible and my neck isn’t fat or anything but it goes further down (like i said) almost to my chin. (i tried illustrating in 2nd pic)

I dont think he really did any surgeries modelling agencies are very strict on what changes you do to your appearance so idk
