Why does my nose size change so often?

It’s definitely not lighting. My nose tip constantly changes, it slowly goes from a bit defined but still slightly big to round and bulbous and back again through weeks and I don’t understand why?

Is it an oil gland issue or?
The only thing I noticed is that whenever I felt rushed about my skin and did aha-bha practically everyday was around the times where my nose seems slimmer.

Or maybe I’m coping, but I swear I can see the differences on pictures
