Why does my side profile look like that? (15 M)

I don't know why, but my side profile looks smelting and my nose droops downward as well as the rest of my face. My chin also sticks out harshly, and it looks disproportional. I'm not sure if this is related, but what's the issue here?
Also, bonus question, what hairstyle would fit my side profile.
