Why does my skull sometimes look huge and others peanut?

I don't get it. I remember one picture with someone who was naturally 6ft3 and my face was bigger...

Sometimes i take a ñic and it looks like my body is tiny and huge skull sometimes huge body and tiny skull. What is real????
