Why does no woman want me?

I’m almost 17 5,11ft and I am around hmtn I also have a great physique I’m pretty lean got a decent amount of muscle but I get zero attention from woman and if I do then they always just play with my feelings I’m genuinely starting to hate women bro I can’t really feel a romantic feeling anymore all of my friends who are shorter fatter and less attractive than I am all have girlfriends and body counts over 2 while I haven’t even had a real relationship yet it’s getting to a point were I think the only thing saving me are just growth hormones and a few surgeries when I’m 18
