Basically it's long ramus, short chin, wide face (in a bad way, because the midface is too wide making face look squished), gonial close to 90 degrees. It's probably caused by teeth clenching or/and overchewing.

His gonial angle is so close to 90 degree, the ideal range of gonial angle is like between 110-120 I guess, also his chin in too short
