No, it's ramus isn't short, it's a perfect length. This morph actually looks better then the OP's because his ramus "fits" in and harmonizes well with his mandible and doesn't make it appear too blocky like the OP. You should've made him ears well.

That's why I said you should make ears lmao, so it doesn't give an illusion of an extremely long ramus. Giving the morphs ears would make it easier to pinpoint where the rami are.

Get this balance right, and it'll look realistic. (You're not modelling a human skull, but the skull is the imaginary foundation of the face you're modelling.)

The -5 norwood makes him look like a pinhead. You'd expect the rest of his features to be accompanied with a tall skull but the dude has 0 cranium height. The heavy horizontal glabellar crease also makes it look like he's aggressively squinting rather than assuming a relaxed position and as we know, good people don't need to try to look good (at least that's the impression they should give). Also these sorts of face types tend to suit better with longer hair.
