those aren’t gonial angle implants they’re outward gonion implants which idek how his jaw is so bad he makes them look normal
implants can’t change how tall your ramus is, you need vro for that

Look at the step of in the middle of the mandible body from the chin implant, the gonion was taken away pr not placed. Hard to say but nothing is there

yes thats what i was thinking. trimax gonian infras cantho and fat grafting. the only thing i am missing is supras. also i think giant is busy and idk how much i can trust their inhouse designed but i am old (24.5) so i dont want to wait 2 more years to do it

If you mean the original nose looking okay, I agree. Not perfect but very decent, not the part he should have focused on at all. His face seems vertically short so some ostotomies should have been done instead, and maybe only then implants on top of it.
