Why don't antidepressants improve focus and cognition like stims?

Stimulants increase blood pressure, which increases blood flow to brain, which increase amount of oxygen going to brain, which clears brain fog/helps u focus.
Antidepressants numb u to stop u from feeling sad or artificially raise serotonin levels
