No homo, giant legs make you look like a beast. Literally the best body part to train, will grow faster than everything else.

Plus many women like guys with big quads/glutes

Haven't trained my legs in 2020 jfl, kinda hate to train them.
Upper body training is much more enjoyable ngl.
basically this, legs are extremely nauseating to train especially squats, i feel shitty after doing leg day tbh, upper body feels much more relaxed tbh

I always train legs, jfl your thrusting power is obsolete.

Legs and Neck are my favorite cause they give best rewards. Thick Neck makes overall face look better and training legs boost T more than any other workout

Clearly you've never worked out. Training legs isn't a feel good pump kind of pain. It's utterly excruciating hence people tend to neglect legs in the gym

Lift more weight, translates to upper body gains, another thing you can see your body progress in. Leg day is fun no cope.

Upper body is easier and more fun to train, looked at more and more visible, more important for looks.

Lower body training is for real strength and high t levels, not aesthetics.

you need to work up till 100kg atleast, 60kg means you have stick legs

also the more you squat, the more natural it will feel, provided you try to make improvements on your form every time

when I say lowerbody is cope, I mean after you hit 140kg squat, 180kg deadlift.

After the last set I almost felt like blacking out
It was a different form of exhaustion ive never felt before

I get why you should train legs but in my case I dont think it will matter much as I have small ankles which makes me look untrained

Just use a cartoon bro

Legs are 50% or more of your body, you are beyond retarded if you don't train legs, there are other reasons like muslce balance, if you have undeveloped leg muscles but developed upper body you will end up with problems walking, standing, not have balance and risk of back injuries, leg injuries and more.

I swear this place gets more and more low iq by the day

I did squats and calf raises yesterday and today every step I take is exceuciatingly painful, it feels like there is a hot iron inside my legs. But thats the price you have to pay. Upper body just isnt quite the same for some reason, its a bit easier I think and girls dont really care much about guys legs so most guys dont pay too much attention to them

wrong, women have grabbed my ass before and i'm not even that gl. lower body is just on point
