Why dont norwoodcels get a hair transplant right now instead of waiting?

There's some debate as to whether transplanted hair would eventually fall or not. Also, even if you got a transplant you wouldn't be able to blast DHT unless literally your entire top of the head was transplanted, at which point it probably wouldn't be very dense and wouldn't look super great anyway.
