Whites have this anyway. At least those with normal development. But this isn't bimaxillary protrusion. That is a deformity and not what your post is talking about.

Healthy Whites have dog maxillas. The reason Blacks look more "forward grown" is because of their nasal structure which is concave and makes the mouth appear more muzzle like as a result. Because Whites have a more projecting nose, their mouth appears less prominent. Whites also have larger mandibles and a vertically taller maxilla, all of which reduce the effect of their upper lip being pouty.

From a skeletal comparison perspective Blacks are no more forward grown than any other race. They just have a shorter midface and philtrum combined with a smaller mandible and a concave nose. All of which create a weaker chin/pouty upper lip look

Kind of true but none of that affects bimaxillary protrusion. Even Whites with such a deformity still have their phenotypic features of prominent nasal spines and larger mandible.

Truth be told Blacks don't have bimaxillary protrusion at any rate different than others. What they have is a depressed nasal spine and smaller mandible, which causes their maxilla to seem prominent in relation. Coupled with the fact their maxilla is vertically shorter, they have an illusion of more maxillary forward growth
