but , tldr :

red meat , eggs , dairy , fruit , honey , optional starchy roots

highest quality u can get , raw when possible , only cook in water no dry cooking , and eat only these things

eat gelatin or collagen powder if u dont eat collagen from organs , skin , bones

for vitamin c, that is thevery easy . just eat FRUIT

I’m skeptical of that, Paul Saladino raves about beef tallow as a moisturizer/sunscreen alternative yet his face looks like a ballsack being out in the sun all day surfing. I bet most of it gets washed off in the water. Mineral/chemical sunscreen will work effectively.
