I am on client meetings all day every day and this is what i see in the webcam feed all day.

Will canthoplasty resolve this?

Is lens distortion real or cope? Like if I like my eye area in the mirror and it looks normal canthal tilt that is correct or also cannot be relied on?

Yes, the mirror is generally more accurate than cameras but your brain subconsciously makes your own reflection appear better than it actually is.

However - phone cameras are fine. It's like if your sister took a high quality photo and sent it to you, she'd just look the exact same but maybe mirrored. You just need to ensure your lens is at eye level and straight in front of you
