I have cheatdays so that compensates. For example if i go out for dinner at a restaurant etc. I dont count calories and dont hold back on eating a good amount. I prob eat atleast maintenance on those days, once or twice per weekYou eat too little then imo, unless you feel fine on 1,800 kcal. I'd bump it up to 2,000 kcal a day. My deficit is only 200-300 kcal, less than that would make me miserable but maybe you're different
