I think one perspective that helped me cope is that firs tpov you can notice someone a centimeter taller then you but from a 3rd pov people can’t or if they do your face matters more idk what u think

Maybe for smaller height/ size-differences.

In general, 3-dimensional size is just the greatest dimorphic marker, and in this day and age, where survival pressure is low for most and resources are easily accessible, it just gets progressively more important. It’s obvious and easily separated, unlike looks, where there’s room for subjectivity, particularly in the vast mid-range
