I do not deny the fact there are many people who have came out better looking but the biggest issues for me is regarding the mental state of the person, the actual surgery itself and the aftermath. I cannot, I simply cannot bare to even think about having my face changed. I do not know how these people are comfy with medical knives slicing up their skin.
Of course there is the costs too, the time to recover and then the mental state. Some people can stop at a few and others keep getting more surgeries, one after the other. Key example would be Clav. He is very very lucky but there will be the day when he ends up botching something. In reference to that, why is he getting surgery for hieght? Why? He is plenty tall.
