Why I don’t have an visible bicep vein

For most people they get bicep veins even when they don’t have abs

At my lowest bf I had pretty visible abs but no vein

Even now I have crazy bicep(got lucky with genetics)size and still no vein

Is this a matter of fat or is there something else?
