both depress your central nervous system and lead to very similar effects. simply choosing the option with no calories and does not impair executive function and disrupt sleep/recovery is simply the smarter option if you give one single fuck about you’re health and recovery choosing options like baclofen is a great idea.

Good call baclofen is the superior move cleaner buzz no fat gain and you actually recover properly instead of waking up like shit every time imma still drink alcohol personally but good call for you

alchol isn’t the worse when you’re not using things such as testosterone and other hormones but for me i think the risk to reward ratio isn’t worth it on those compounds
