Why i think @clavicular's surgery can not be an improvement

The sole reason is that most / nearly all implants look dogshit. The semi decent results are for people with syndrome tier cheekbones infras, etc. He does not have this, therefore it wont be an improvement. Especially due to the fact hes going for a full face of implants. I think he should just do LF1, BSSO, Genio & MAYBE some cheek implants. And for the trimax, less advancement that he is planning.

Because of what i said in the thread. Look up any implants on google and they are barely an improvement, usually look uncanny. No where near the return that osteotomy gives.

But if you have an osteotomy like Bimax, then you'll need advancement of say the infras and zygos.
Also the good results are likely kept hidden

He doesnt need a trimax that is advanced enough to warrant implants imo

Ur forgetting hes aspie. Its not, he was on the call with giant who had a 3D scan of his skull up, they cost like 2k to get those scans.
