But look what happens when I increase his IPD and REDUCE his PFL (to prove a point, not because I think he looks better with shorter PFL):

Whoa! Here he looks better than the original even though his PFL is tiny!

How?

Sadly both are UNFIXABLE
In theory you can do Orbital Box Osteotomy for ipd and lateral Rims osteotomy with lateral canthoplasty for pfl.
But it would cost many effort, money and health.
And you would feel you are fake that you weren't Born with those orbits
