This is not 100% correct as i am simply a teenager new to studies and research but the Law stipulates :

Bones will adapt (change shape, grow in length and density etc) when submitted to mechanical tensions, the tension can be:

  1. Static: constant (ex:the pressure applied on your bones by your muscle mass)
  2. Dynamic: cyclic or intermittent which is more effective.
This change can be mesured in microstrain (an increase of 0,1% of the bone is equal to 1000 microstrains). In absence of any tension, your bones will begin the atrophy mecanism (under 200 microstrains). In between 200 and 1500 microstrains the bones will maintain themselves and over it the process is called hypertrophy ( of the bone tissues).

Now when talking about bonesmashing a person will put around 200 Newtons (it does not i’m highly exaggerating to show you how useless it is), to have an approximation of what one hit of hammer could do on a bodypart (for example chin) we have to take in consideration the area in square meters (or cross section area) and the properties of the tissue. 200 Newtons (i’m simplifying highly the operation) can be converted on a surface like the chin to ≈4,5 microstrains. Since the hits are separated by short periods of time they can be added (4,5+4,5…).—> But all these arguments can be answered by the fact that under an important modification (3500 microstrains caused from a singular source in a singular moment) human tissues will act like elastic materials, so the repeated hits won’t be added one to another. Therefore the hits will have no effects.

Conclusion : Bonesmashing is copefuel and could damage your brain, but could be useful in order to create light swelling that can last around a day for special occasions.

I do my own method jfl
