i for one have used before, and gonna start again in the next 2 days.
why is everyone not in it?
remain 10% bf or lower if you wanted whilst eating like you want, not saying your diet should be ass, i stop focus on beef, eggs some fruit etc, but i can cheat without consequences and live like with friends etc without being looksminned.
DNP also doesn’t have to be cycled, so run until your happy with your leanness. from there just maintain which is easy.
you’ve got to be a complete retard to die on a dose of 200-400mg of dnp. at 200mg many don’t get sides, and ends up being the most effective to lose bf. like 1lbs a day lost with small calorie restriction @ 200mg. bump to 400mg and you don’t even need to calorie restrict.
