Why is extra face fat considered the worst issue

I Know it hides your bone structure no matter how it is but is that all? You have a puffy face and less visible jawline but what else does face fat do to be the biggest issue

Does it make you look more recessed in both maxilla and mandible? Wouldnt actual recession be a worse look than being fat but not recessed?

You cant be sub 12% forever. The leaner your face is the more you can get away with getting fatter, which for most people is almost guaranteed as they age

What age do u start getting naturally fatter

Im 18 rn im working on getting down to 10-12% bodyfat

Also if im able to see jawline and cheek hollowing at 30-35% bodyfat does that mean much

Because fat shows you are lazy and lack self control and discipline. It's a subconscious thought whenever someone sees a fat person

It's not that you get naturally fatter. Energy is energy. It's just that life circumstances make it harder to stay lean the older you get.

it means you either have really good bone structure or superior adipose tissue partitioning genetics that makes you not store as much fat in your face
