why is it a precaution to start an ai while on cycle?

Like i see alot of people use it as a last resort type of thing , whats wrong with adding an ai during a roid cycle ? Inform me this is my first cycle atm

Obviously it’s to prevent excess T from being converted to estrogen. The problem is that many guys think estrogen isn’t needed as a man but you do need it to maintain basic sexual function aswell as a few other things. Some guys overdo the AI when it isn’t needed.

It depends on the cycle you’re doing.

i was told to use it whenever i get “bloated” but thats seems like a legitimate reason i dont wanna walk around like a ballon for an extra small % of muscle
