I've never had to self depreciate to land a job. Maybe it's because of my age. I don't think people want to hire too many young folks these days.

It was hard when I was younger but seems pretty easy now. I just apply online and once I'm able to talk to a person I usually get an offer. I've always been pretty charming though. Able to make myself seem like I'd be worth much more than I actually am.

The easiest part for most people should be writing a good resume. You got all the time in the world to do it, so take some time to do it right. Don't start too many of the sentences with "I". A cover letter goes pretty nicely as well.
