Why is it so puffy!

I don’t know what this part of the face is called but it’s quite puffy on my face and no matter how much I lean out or debloat it stays the same. Anybody know why

Probably cuz ur maxilla is recessed. Implants or fillers is what I would reccomend could also do lefort 1.

it's because the fat underneath the eyes migrated down and it's accumulated in the nasolabial fold, happens to everyone with age.

it's already gone and the only way you can fix it is a composite face lift which no surgeon will perform on you unless you're like 40+

if you ever need more fat in your face they'll graft it from your lower back anyway.

Does the threading help with this or do you self inject kybella? Brian Johnson does protocols which help him without injecting foreign material.

threading helps for the dent in the pyriform fossa but nasolabials are ultimately not caused by a loss of volume near the mouth, they're caused by an accumulation of volume instead.

I use aqualyx and pcl threads for it.
