Why is it that minox works faster if you've been using it before?

The first time I used minox it took 2 months for it to work. Every time after that when I took 1 or 2 month breaks I would get the effects from minox 3-4 days in. Why?

What effects? Certainly not increased hair growth in 3-4 days.

minox isnt something that you cycle or stop doing until you feel like it again
better to never use it at all if you cant apply it almost daily for the next years

From what i've seen, only hair scalp are minox dependent, you will be cuck for life if you use minox to keep hair there.

Beard, eyebrows, etc seem to have semi-perment affect but there is no conclusive evidence of that.
