skill issue count your calories
how long u reckon to go from 18% to 10?
around a year imho

cant give a definite answer due to the fact that it has quite literally a million factors
it depends on:
- how steep your deficit is
- your own metabolism
- how your body copes with the caloric deficit

it might take a while, it might not take that long but always remember the LEANER you get the harder it is to get LEANER, meaning that the cut will get harder as time passes on
wish you the best of luck brother

chatgpt told me it ll take me until march
you should always double amount of something when planning something, for example when you plan to build the house, double the sum of money that is need to be spent so it gets around what is realistic. Also i dont think you are good enough to do everything with perfect discipline so

that shit too, check hormones, like 90% of people arent eating too much they have their body FUCKED
exactly, people UNDEREAT, their thyroid works less, gets slower, therefore their metabolism gets lower, then they have to maintain calories at 2000 or so, thats super low, only 50 years ago people had bmr of 2700+, now we have a simple solution tho, eat more and take thyroid.

simple answer to that, your body holds on more water and salt on a deficit, this is what i found out. now after you maingain so to speak and eat more, your body will lose that excess water and youll look leaner. just stick to what i said if you wanna make fast and safe progress, take t3/t4 and eat more, the thyroid will work more and youll have more calories to spend on eating

From 18% to 12% should take you like 1 to 2 months if you're doing constant work. I recommend investing in a skip rope since it burns a crazy amount of calories

You got 2 options.
Either, eat meats eggs butter eater only
or
use DNP

both methods require 0 tracking of calories.
