I meant mtn on absolute scale is above average comparing to relative scale (depends on country) but mtn is average overall because comparing to absolute scale yea most people are ltns but because of the fact that MOST people are ltn makes them mtn on relative scale but also depend on the country like in india most people on absolute scale are ltns but that makes ltns mtn on relative scale because ltn is average in their country but ltn cant be average so standards lower and its mtn on relative scale now but but they are consider still ltn on absolute scale at the same time but ur iqlet rotting on forum for 3 years and cant understand that
