why is my body language always so awkward

i’m so awkward like, my body language is so weird, and then due to this i actually am very extremely clumsy and i feel incapable sometimes for this exact reason

i feel like i can do anything but when it comes to practice i’m just so awkward and clumsy i’m gonna cry

i feel like a god stuck in a body of a bug

Very common in people who didn’t grow up doing sports.

I can tell immediately if someone is athletic or not based on how they walk. You start to notice these things if you’ve been in physically active stuff for a while.

i wasn’t a sports person but i was always very active, i did a couple sports as a kid and shit and then the rest of my life i just enjoyed running, doing things with my hands etc, always very active

i feel like i became this way after i self isolated for a couple years and i’d just sit in the corner of everywhere i go but it’s not that i grew up that way
