Why is my face suddenly bloated?

I stopped eating like shit, weigh the same, drink normal amts of water and haven't made any lifestyle changes, but my face has been bloated since around the last 3-4 days.

I also have a cold so could that cause puffiness?

I have cut out sodium and other junk shit almost completely since the last 3 days to stop the bloating but it just doesn't go away.

Is it bloat or my bones?
