My chest and back grow disproportionately larger to compared to my arms, I just finished cutting from 81 to 76kg am gonna lean bulk again but gyms shut down and my area is in lockdown again

This is non frauded no pump just me in normal clothing (and PJ’s lol)
My arms look like fucking sticks but it looks like I have a pair of female breasts on my chest.
I have a set of elastic bands at home should I seriously workout arms at ultra high frequency to see if they grow like 5x per week during this quarantine?
I can do a few pushups a day and my chest will explode but so much fucking arm work and they are barely 14 1/2 inches around

The clothes I am wearing are baggy around the midsection and tighter on top because they are regular fit.
My shoulder circumference last I measured was 54inches and my waist was 31 inches

They only look good with a pump, I work them out a lot and do overhead presses but yea

Just go insane on your arms brah... im talking close grip bench and weighted cg chinup +hella isolation mvmnts type shit...

maybe need to up your volume a LOT on the isolations.. easy to recover from isolation mvmnts for arms even with a 6 day 2x week body part freq split

That makes sense tbh all I’ve been doing are weighted pull ups I don’t think I’ve done weighted chin ups before tbh.
Chin ups will grow the bicep more correct?

Gyms closed right now so I have to do with calisthenics at the park and elastic bands.
I am thinking of just doing low intensity high frequency 4-5x a week I gotta make do with what I got

but like everyone says most of the mass is in the tricep, particularly the long head
best mass builder for triceps is dips/close grip bench
good isolation/accessories would be overhead tricep extensions with a dumbell or cable system, that will hit long head

Not true brah, i'm natty and have some good shoulders that look juicy in some lighting, your shoulders can take A LOT more than you think, just try making a seperate shoulder day and they'll grow. Work them hard

Yea problem is when I lean out my overall shoulder and upper back width seem to just kill itself, what bf% do you stay around?
Do you specialise overhead press?

Yeah, doing OHP helps a lot, don't skimp out on any compound lifts, also I do shoulder raises for my middle delts 2x, once cheating with high weight using momentum, and once with strict form. Basically a superset. Do both heavy and light weights for shoulders. I stay at about 12% year round with visible abs, that's maintainable for me.

you can't grow your bones. there's only so much wider you can get with the gym. if i were you i would make weighted pullups and overhead press a priority.

you weight the same as me but my body looks completly different if you complain what should i do lol
 
his skull doesnt seem overly large.

I guess its just your frame tbh.
Maybe work more on shoulders but clavicle length is genetic and i think gym has also limits

Focus on triceps do 8 sets of triceps aand 4 5 sets of biceps 2 times per week, overall 16 sets of tris and 10 sets of biceps, do it with high intensity and it will grow. 2/3 arm size comes from triceps.
