I believe that any shampoo and conditioner is pretty much shit for your hair, I don’t wash my hair, just water.

Cause you’re washing your hair everyday which is causing an overproduction of oil, start lengthing the periods between you washing your hair. And eventually stop, hair will eventually return to normal oil production, might have to shampoo once every 2 weeks or so.
