Why is my midface so bloated? (NERDS PLEASE HELP)

title. this sounds super autistic but i have prominent nasolabial folds while being a normal bodyfat. i havent cut yet so i might just be at a too high bf% for my anatomy or something??? like i might have shitty fat pad distribution but i dont know. is my maxilla just recessed and should i stfu and start crying? please help.

You can get either a Forsus spring or a Herbst appliance on braces that works or bands it can give hella forward growth so it’d probably help with that but you can usually only get it if you have an overbite

Shit mb yeah I said overbite it’s used if you have an underbite but it saved my cousin idk
