Why is my voice so weak?

I feel like I use too much air to talk like I should be able to have a loud conversation with much less air. I constantly have to repeat myself because I talk to soft, and soft + deep voice is completely ununderstandable I sound like a caveman. I’m cooked. I run out of breath as well and because I have to use too much air to talk everyone can smell my breath.

I have the same issue but its cause my voice is deep. You could try taking those speech courses to get better projection.

Speech courses sessions are cope; it’s likely an issue with the nose, throat, or lungs. I have exactly the same problem as OP—asthma sprays don't help, and I haven't been able to figure out the cause yet. It also feels like my throat or chest is too tight.
