Why is my voice so weak?

I feel like I use too much air to talk like I should be able to have a loud conversation with much less air. I constantly have to repeat myself because I talk to soft, and soft + deep voice is completely ununderstandable I sound like a caveman. I’m cooked. I run out of breath as well and because I have to use too much air to talk everyone can smell my breath.

I have the same issue but its cause my voice is deep. You could try taking those speech courses to get better projection.

Speech courses sessions are cope; it’s likely an issue with the nose, throat, or lungs. I have exactly the same problem as OP—asthma sprays don't help, and I haven't been able to figure out the cause yet. It also feels like my throat or chest is too tight.

I heard of some medical term in which the vocal folds dont get together when talking so lots of air just passes by and your voice sounds weak. Idk what the exact things were on how to fix this though
