You do have mild prognathism which is common in blacks but it isn't extreme imo. I'm not too well versed with all the terms but the main problem is your head is sloping downwards like this slash: \
The upper half of your face has way less forward growth than the lower half. If your midface had more forward growth and your gonial angle was lower you'd look better.
