Why is the area under my eyes flat but I have good forward growth?

wdym its not necessary to remove the flatness? also im too young for surgeries yet so is there a solution I can do to get better undereye support and fill it out just a bit or do I have to wait?

Only forward. Rarely it can fix scleral show, but it depends on why you have scleral show in the first place. I wouldnt rely on it.
