Very true. Fresh grass fed beef is like $7 where I'm at and so are pasture raised eggs. No excuse. The only thing that's expensive is raw milk, but it's worth it.

All you mentioned was brain size shrinking but you didn’t mention how our brains have only shrunk by 10% in the original comment and how we started cooking meat at the very least 400 thousand years ago until I asked for evidence. Why does it matter our brains are 10% less in size if we’re this advanced? Clearly we’re more advanced than when our brains were 10% larger.
