There are 6 times more Indians than Brazilians, also only 35% of them live in cities while in Brazil 90% of people live in cities and have access to better education; when you have almost a billion of Indians living in rural areas, they will drag the average IQ down a lot, but the Indians who live in cities are much smarter than the average urban Brazilians.
